Seize the day or hit snooze?
Seize the day – although I work in theatre and events so it’s sometimes ‘seize the night’.
What motivates you in the morning?
Gratitude for the basic, simple things in life and a commitment to make the most of each day.
What would your dream weekend involve?
I often work weekends, so after time off, the dream would involve a hot tub, the outdoors and a clear night sky.
What do you think is your finest quality?
Deep listening. There is a lot of talk in the world today, but far too little listening.
What one item could you not live without?
My bike. I travel everywhere on two wheels whatever the weather and love it.
What were your highest and lowest moments of lockdown?
I’ve valued the time and space to stop and rethink life, but not being able to see friends and family was super hard.
What outfit, benched in lockdown, were you most looking forward to wearing and where did you first wear it?
A new dress, of course, which like all ‘going out’clothes hit the back to the wardrobe during lockdown. I’ll pull it out and pull it on when I’m back in a theatre again.
